Full access to our 12 week program run through our training app with videos of all exercises. The workouts are fun, progressive and will have you moving better, feeling stronger and looking better naked.

It's ideal for anyone over 40 who feels stiff and tight and hates stretching. You'll feel stronger, move lighter and not be out of breath going up stairs.

Training can be done with minimal equipment using dumbbells, barbells and bands that any home or commercial gym will have. 

Workouts are changed every 3 weeks and each week there is progressions built in so you'll feel motivated and never bored.

Why work with me (Dave)

I've been a fitness trainer since 2008 after leaving my office job which I despised and I used to just train clients without any focus on mobility, leading to injury and burnout. 

Then for the last 10 years I've been a physical therapist specialising in assisted fascial stretching and mobility. But found without strength training mobility results never lasted.

I'm over 40 with two kids and I understand what your body feels like and I've trained and treated thousands of clients just like you.

I use my knowledge of training and mobility and experience with over 40's to create a program that will actually work for you.

I've also been where you are. 

After kids I didn't train for 3 years. I was out of shape, exhausted and struggled to get back into training. 

My first session left me crippled and then didn't try and for 6 months. It took me way too long to get back into it and the thing that changed was having a structured program to follow and adding mobility into workouts.
