Hey, I’m Dave. Nice to meet you.

I’m a personal trainer and fascial stretch therapist with almost 20 years of experience after leaving a corporate accounting job I absolutely hated.

Since then, I’ve helped thousands of clients over 40 get out of pain, move better, and feel confident in their bodies again.

I specialise in:

  • Functional strength training that doesn’t wreck your joints

  • Assisted fascial stretching to unlock mobility and prevent injury
